Arteriovenous malformations, arteriovenous fistulas and pseudoaneurysms are often
encountered and quite often confused with each other. The goal of the lecture is
to describe and differentiate between the abnormalities using sonographic imaging, both
2 dimensional and using colour and spectral analysis. Will explain supporting the findings
with alternate medical imaging, i.e. computed tomography angiography or fluoroscopy
and discuss the alternate treatments and the importance of the discovery/diagnosis.
