This presentation will highlight different fetal growth patterns in twins and the role of the sonographer in diagnosis and surveillance of impaired fetal growth in twin pregnancies. Sonographers will learn about the normal and abnormal fetal growth patterns in twins and how to classify clinical subtypes of selective IUGR in monochorionic twins.
