How to join your call:
- Choose the most appropriate number from the list below.
- Dial in and listen for the prompts.
- Enter your HOST or GUEST Passcode followed by the # sign.
- If your location is not listed below you may dial +1-412-902-1021 or any of the local numbers provided. Remember to add the appropriate prefix to dial out of the country you are in, plus the local number you have selected from the list which has been provided with the country code.
- If dialing a local number from within the same country, you may need to remove the country code prefix which is included in the local numbers provided below.
- If you are a guest at a hotel, please take a moment to investigate your hotel’s policy on phone calls before dialing any of the toll free or local access numbers provided below.
- If you are using a mobile phone or a VOIP connection, or a payphone, please be aware that your provider my assess charges if you dial any of the toll free or local numbers provided below.
- It is the international standard to place the + symbol in front of the country code for the phone numbers. When dialing from another country, replace the + sign with the numbers required to dial out of the country you are in.

Function Codes
During your conference call, you may key in the following codes from your touchtone phone to perform these functions.
*0 Request operator assistance
Available to ALL callers. Assistance from a Chorus Call operator can be requested 24 hours a day Monday through Friday. On weekends, call the Help Desk. From Canada or the USA dial 1 800 319 3929 or from anywhere else dial 1 604 638 5300
*2 Roll call into the conference
Available to the Host when the participant name record feature is activated. A roll call of the participants currently on the call is played into the conference. When the participant name record is not activated, the number of participants currently in the call is announced into the conference.
*3 Private roll call
Available to ALL callers when the participant name record feature is activated. A roll call of the participants currently on the call is played privately to the caller who made the request.
*4 Mute all other participants (repeat to unmute)
Available to the Host only. Mutes all other lines.
*5 Conference disconnect (repeat to deactivate)
Available to the Host only for calls with Guest Codes. When the Host hangs up, all Guest lines are disconnected.
*6 Self-mute (repeat to unmute)
Available to ALL callers. Allows callers to mute their own lines in order to reduce the amount of background noise.
*7 Secure conference (repeat to unlock)
Available to the Host only. Locks the conference, meaning that no other party may join the call, including a conference operator.
*9 Record teleconference (repeat to stop recording)
Available to the Host only. Follow the prompts to record your call. The service may also be configured to send the Host and/or the Administrator an email with a link to download the recording upon completion of the call. Contact your account representative for assistance if required.
